The 0.03% carbon prevents carbide precipitation during welding and ensures corrosion resistance without post-weld heat treatment. The alloy is resistant to oxidation under thermal cycling and retains strength at elevated temperatures. Fittings cover 1/8" NB to 4" NB across Class 2000, 3000, and 6000 pressure ratings.
